Christmas Eve, we called it a sunny day, but the Britons called it a lovely day. We explored Cambridge. Cambridge is a town. Faculties are scattered thruout the town. Unlike UM where we have a clearly defined boundary and a board saying "Universiti Malaya", there isn't any board of "University of Cambridge".

Marching out of Zeta's room.

Dengan susah-payah, managed to find a small board saying "University of Cambridge".

Walk walk walk, passed by a few colleges, i.e. hostels. Walk walk walk, came to the market place. In the morning of Christmas Eve, the market was still strive with shoppers. But Cambridge lapsed into a dead town in the evening.

Having Christmas Eve dinner with Zeta's course-mates. One from India, one from Thailand and one from Hong Kong.

The steamboat dinner was ala-fastfood. No need to boil soup. Just use boiled water, throw in the famous
xiao-fei-yang spicy paste and fishballs, fishpaste, meat, tofu... and a lot of dumplings. Cost per person = GBP 6. p/s: not tasty for Malaysians.
After dinner, we drove to Tesco and Asda. We were too late to stock up for Christmas as supermarkets had closed. The
darurat had begun.
