I find that milk in M'sia has a tremendous price hike. Now, 1 litre of pasteurized milk costs about RM 5.50. That's why I reduce my milk intake. A 550g of Lady's Choice peanut butter costs RM 8.80. And I also stop eating peanut butter. Rice in M'sia also expensive. Anyhow, I seldom eat rice. Now, what is still cheap?

Ikan Panggang, RM 5 The fun thing is, fresh food is cheaper than packaged food in M'sia.
