Last Tue, while having porridge steamboat dinner with piggies, Table was very clever to spill the beans. She read my blog frequently and she pinpointed a very prominent, catching change of style of my blog. Yup, these days, thru my blog I'm "educating" somebody. Hah...hah...
Only M'sians can understand our
rojak language, partly English, partly Malay, partly Hokkien, partly Cantonese, partly Mandarin. So, I tried to put the English terms so that Mr Book can understand.

Laksa, RM 3.80. We tried that in New York and Boston.

Karipap. I made this in Dayton but of course, mine was not as good as this.
Oh... just now, only I know its chinese name is 咖喱角.

Jambu batu. English = guava.
Is guava suppose to be bumpy like that? Guava here is round and taste very bad.
ReplyDeleteGot 2 types of jambu batu, one is the round guava, which tastes not so good. The bumpy guava tastes very good.
