Oh, yah, forgot to mention, my medical bill sums up to USD 22k.
If not of insurance, boleh mati kudasai in ang-moh country bcoz of the exorbitant bill. In Msia, people already kao-pek-kao-boh if c-section hospital bill is MYR 6k.
Let x be the medical bill amount and f(x) be the amount we need to pay after insurance coverage.
f(x) = x ; x<=4000
f(x) = 4000 + 0.2 (x - 4000) ; 4000 < x <= 24000
f(x) = 8000 ; x > 24000
